The Brooklyn Block
Co-founder, Creative Director
The Brooklyn Block started as a personal project and eventually grew into a brand. The goal is to offer products that are exploratory and lie at the intersection of experience, change and places.
Drop No 1: Neighborhood Scarves - For our first product, videos of neighborhoods of Brooklyn are processed in the code to generate surface patterns. These patterns are printed on silk and stitched into a scarf. The scarf is packaged with the photo of the place where the video was shot and a card explaining maker's process.
